Question: What brands of machines do you make the HoopMaster Home Edition for?
Answer : We currently make the Home Edition for the Brother PC-8500, ULT, and Innov-is Models.

Question: Will you make other models in the future?
Answer: Yes, we are working on brackets for most of the home embroidery machines. Check this website for updates.

Question: Will this work for my commercial embroidery machine, like Tajima, Barudan, SWF, Melco?
Answer: No, this is designed for home machines only. Visit our other website for a HoopMaster for commercial machines.

Question: Does the station have to be mounted to the table?
Answer: No, it is completely portable.

Question: Will the hoop holding brackets fit on any other brands of hooping boards?
Answer: No, the hoop holding brackets have special pins that lock them on the station, other brands of hooping devices use a different way to mount their brackets, so the holes are a different size.

Question: If I have a ULT 2003 and the Innov-is machine, will both of these work on the same system?
Answer: Yes, you just need to purchase a bracket for the second model of machine.

Question: What type of payment do you take?
Answer: We take Mastercard, Visa, and American Express

Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: We can usually ship the same day if the order is received before 2:30pm central time. We ship from Wisconsin with UPS ground. Shipping takes from 1 to 4 days depending on your distance from WI. If the item is out of stock we will contact you.

Question: How much does shipping cost?
Answer: Shipping will be anywhere from $15 to $30 depending on your order and your location. We can give you a shipping quote before you order, just give us a call. If you order online, shipping will automatically be added when you add the item to your cart.

Question: What is your return policy?
Answer: We are so sure you will like the HoopMaster that we have a 30 day money back guarantee. If you return it for any reason, you are only out the shipping cost.

Question: When ordering online, I am taken to Paypal for Payment. Is this correct?
Answer: Yes, we currently use Pay Pal to process our online payments.

Question: Do I need to have a PayPal account to order from your website?
Answer: No, PayPal processes the payment, but you can use a normal credit card to make your payment.
